I like Italian, so I'd say pasta.

Favourite Book?

The Magic Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton. I still have my old copy from when I was little and can't wait to introduce my children to it when they're old enough.

Do you have any children?

Yes. I have a little boy, Taylor, who's six, and a little girl, Cassidy, who's three.

Do you have any pets?

We've got a rabbit called Dude!

What do you enjoy doing?

Days out with the kids - we all like theme parks - and going on holiday. I also love theatre and film.

When are you most happy?

When I'm with my family. I love relaxing at home on a Sunday, reading the papers and watching TV with the kids.

What's the scariest thing you've ever done?

I think I'd have to say jumping out of a helicopter for a TV commercial years ago. Or maybe when I got a job ice skating with two actors in Smurf costumes... The only problem was that I couldn't skate! Luckily the Smurfs were very understanding and helped me along.

What's been your silliest moment at QVC?

I'd only just started presenting - I think it was only my second show - and I had to make scrambled eggs. I'd never made them before and they ended up frying in the bottom of the pan... I couldn't stop laughing and neither could the rest of the crew. I'm pleased to say I'm a better cook these days!

What 3 things would you take with you to a desert island?

A hairbrush, a cappuccino and my mobile phone.
